What is Charge Guard?

By installing a small solar powered ANPR camera, Charge Guard can photograph each vehicle, checking it against ‘Plug-in’ times. Vehicles parked outside of plug-in times are deemed as unauthorised, at which point the camera kicks in with its intelligent ANPR processor and reads the vehicle registration. Once reported to the DVLA, the vehicle keeper will receive a parking charge notice. This prevents future infringements and improves compliance.
